Women in Hi-Tech

Women in Hi-Tech is a movement of strong independent women fighting together for gender equality in the hi-tech ecosystem.

We picked a slogan – “if there’s a will there’s a way” and played with the shape of an ancient viking symbol to symbolize this sentiment. The symbol contains “XX,” which is the sign for the female chromosome. Placed one on top of the other, it represents moving up and improving. These women are helping each other climb their way up to the top, while supporting each other.
The visual symbol is asymmetrical with strong gradient colors to show constant change and the journey towards perfection.
